Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to support and elevate their brand presence across key digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, digital storytelling, and interior design or home inspiration content. The Social Media Coordinator will create engaging campaigns, develop video-first content, and help foster a strong online community. This person will play a key role in growing audience engagement and contributing to broader marketing objectives.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop compelling and engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other social media channels.

Film, edit, and produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content aligned with brand guidelines.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns tied to business goals.

Assist with influencer and partnership outreach to expand brand reach.

Monitor and manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.

Schedule and publish content with consideration for optimal posting times.

Respond to reviews, comments, messages, and mentions to foster positive engagement.

Build relationships with customers, influencers, industry contacts, and community partners.

Identify social trends and opportunities to enhance brand presence.

Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to inform strategy.

Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance and engagement.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in social media management and content creation.

Demonstrated ability to grow and engage audiences across multiple social media platforms.

Strong expertise in creating and editing short-form video content.
-
Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar.

Excellent writing, communication, and collaboration skills.

Strong attention to detail; self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Passion for interior design, home inspiration, or lifestyle content.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Skills

Experience in event planning or event marketing.

Familiarity with interior design or flooring industry trends.
