Our client is seeking a Website Content and Email Automation Specialist to manage, update, and optimize all website content and automated email campaigns across multiple brands. This role blends creativity with technical precision, ensuring that digital touchpoints are accurate, engaging, and built to convert. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented marketer who enjoys keeping websites fresh, improving customer journeys, and building automated email workflows that support business growth.
This is a newly created role due to company expansion.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Website Management

Update and maintain website content including product pages, landing pages, forms, and promotional banners.

Ensure all product information, imagery, and copy are accurate and aligned with current campaigns.

Refresh content regularly, improve user experience, and support new product/category launches.

Post weekly blog content across all websites.

Optimize on-page SEO elements including titles, metadata, internal links, and keyword usage.

Collaborate with the Digital Advertising Specialist to monitor performance metrics and customer journeys and implement improvements.

Support marketing campaigns by coordinating website updates and related email content.

Partner with web developers or external vendors on technical updates as needed.
Email Marketing & Automation

Build, test, and deploy automated email workflows and customer journeys (welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase, etc.).

Create and schedule promotional and lifecycle email campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with Copywriter and Graphic Designer to ensure emails match the buyer journey stage, reflect brand tone, and drive engagement/conversion.

Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions) and identify opportunities for optimization.

Ensure all emails follow brand design guidelines and render properly across devices, particularly mobile.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

5–7 years of experience managing website content and/or email automations.

Strong Shopify expertise, including product listings, collections, and sitewide content updates.

Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, SharpSpring, HubSpot).

Solid understanding of SEO, UX best practices, and digital analytics.

Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.

Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
