Join our client’s Marketing team as a B2B Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of content marketing initiatives, ensuring that all content is on-brand and delivered on time. Your focus will be on managing projects across various digital marketing platforms and tools, with an emphasis on coordinating with vendors and handling the logistical aspects of marketing campaigns. Proficiency in HubSpot and Google Analytics/Adwords is preferred, as you will be working closely with these systems to manage and track project progress.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management: Lead and manage digital marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines
Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring that all campaigns, designs, and content are on-strategy, on-brand, and delivered on schedule
Content Production: Oversee the production of marketing content, including trade show materials, digital ads, newsletters, and social media posts, ensuring consistency and quality
Event Management: Coordinate logistics for trade shows and other marketing events, managing timelines, budgets, and vendor deliverables
Process Oversight: Ensure all marketing processes are followed and optimized for efficiency, including the use of marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics/Adwords
Quality Assurance: Review and approve all content and materials to ensure they meet brand standards and project requirements
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects, providing clear communication and direction
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned
Issue Resolution: Address any project-related issues or roadblocks, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to find solutions and keep projects on track
Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of vendors and projects, providing feedback and implementing improvements as needed
Customer Feedback: Coordinate and manage monthly customer satisfaction surveys, ensuring timely execution and reporting
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Advertising, PR, Communications or a related field
Minimum of 2 years in project management within a digital marketing or B2B environment
Experience managing vendors and coordinating marketing projects is essential
Must have experience working in Hubspot
Strong skills in project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and internet research
High attention to detail and the ability to produce precise work
Clear and concise communication abilities, with experience in coordinating across teams and vendors
