We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our client’s Sales and Marketing Analytics and Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various projects and tasks related to data review/clean-up, technical documentation creation/update, test script writing, testing, and business process diagram/flow creation. This position is intended to backfill for various resources within the team.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Review and clean up data to ensure accuracy and completeness
-
Assist in creating and updating technical documentation, including system specifications, process flows, and user guides
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into system solutions
-
Utilize systems such as JIRA, Salesforce, or similar platforms to navigate, research, and perform data clean-up activities
-
Work with large data files, reviewing and cleansing data to improve quality
-
Assist in advanced topics related to test scripts and provide input for updating user guides

Demonstrate curiosity and an inquisitive mindset by asking pertinent questions to gain a deep understanding of business processes and requirements

Maintain a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in all assigned tasks
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-
1 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Business Analyst
-
Proficiency in data cleanup tasks and experience with past data cleanup projects
-
Strong knowledge and experience in data review and data cleanup and maintenance
-
Familiarity with systems such as JIRA and Salesforce or similar platforms
-
Ability to navigate and research accounts within the system to clean up data effectively
-
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation
-
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
-
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and reliable results
-
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
-
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
BONUS SKILLS:
- Ability to write test scripts and conduct testing to ensure system functionality and data integrity
