Our client is seeking a Content Operations Coordinator to support the Bibliographic, Cataloging, and Candidate Title Acquisition teams as they continue to expand content coverage. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of bibliographic data across critical scientific databases. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to projects that support global scientific discovery.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and correct errors in bibliographic content of electronic documents

  • Identify and resolve issues with documents that fail during production processing

  • Prepare evaluation packets for newly launched publications for inclusion in databases

  • Create and track orders for new publications and titles

  • Support various projects across Bibliographic, Cataloging, and Title Acquisition teams

  • Perform other related duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

  • Strong web research and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to learn system tools and new procedures quickly and accurately

  • Initiative and reliability in meeting deadlines

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience working in a library or with a Library Management System

  • Familiarity with accounting or invoice/receipt reports

  • Additional language skills

  • College education preferred
