ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a Digital Campaign Specialist for a 3-month, full-time contract to support multi-channel digital campaign execution while a team member is on leave. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that requires someone who can step in quickly, manage details flawlessly, and keep campaign workflows on track.
The specialist will coordinate paid media deliverables across SEM, paid social, and display, partner closely with agency teams, and perform thorough QA on digital assets—including URLs, tracking, UTMs, specs, and landing page accuracy. They will also manage creative routing, reviews, and approvals through Workfront (or similar tools) to ensure assets move smoothly through the process.
Additionally, this role provides light email QA support within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including link validation, rendering checks, and personalization review. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting campaigns in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate deliverables and timelines for SEM, paid social, and paid trade media campaigns
- QA all campaign assets for accuracy (copy, URLs, UTMs, targeting notes, specs, versioning)
- Manage creative briefs, routing, feedback, and approvals in Workfront or similar PM tools
- Partner with internal teams and agency partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign components
- Validate tracking, links, and landing page connections before campaign launch
- Support email QA in SFMC (link checks, rendering review, personalization validation)
- Maintain detailed project documentation, ensuring compliance with healthcare/regulatory requirements
- Pull or verify basic performance and tracking metrics to ensure campaign readiness
- Keep stakeholders updated on status, blockers, and next steps
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–7 years experience in digital marketing, paid media coordination, campaign operations, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience QA’ing paid media assets, landing pages, and campaign deliverables
- Familiarity with paid channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, or experience partnering with media agencies
- Proficiency with Workfront, Asana, Jira, or similar project workflow tools
- Strong understanding of UTMs, tracking, and link validation
- Experience supporting email marketing and QA in an ESP (SFMC preferred but not required)
- High attention to detail; proven ability to spot inconsistencies and correct errors
- Experience working in regulated, healthcare, pharma, or compliance-heavy environments strongly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
