Graphic Designer will work and collaborate with the Junior Art Director and team to support in delivery and fulfillment of design and layout projects, tasks, and objectives for internal and external customers. This includes but is not limited to supporting clients and our team with marketing and e-commerce projects, launches, brand identity, ongoing support, sell sheets, emails, catalogs and digital campaigns.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Concepts, designs and executes layouts for all brand experiences and e-commerce needs.

Understands and adheres to branded style guides and implements designs accordingly.

Is highly organized and will help maintain a design and photography database.

Gathers the needs and objectives of each assignment and takes feedback and executes revisions accordingly. Ensures that all design elements, templates and finished solutions work based on those requirements in a variety of browsers, mobile, email clients and screen settings.

Continually develops new ideas and explores concepts for online execution. Stays on top of tabletop industry, home trends, e-commerce trends and competition. Ability to conceptualize multiple brand appropriate solutions per project assignment.

Maintain the branding strategies that have been established or developed by our company or by our customers.

Maintain detailed working knowledge of all current design software supplied by the company as well as the ability to apply such knowledge in the design process.

Attend and participate in customer meetings.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bachelor’s degree, Graphic Design/Digital Graphic Design.

1-3 years or more of Graphic Design experience.

A comprehensive portfolio, with examples of work including branding, campaigns, social content creation, layout design.

Ambitious and motivated creative thinker with the ability to complete exciting work in a fast-paced environment, with outside/remote teams and partners.

A reliable, pro-active team player capable of working alone or within a team.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to learn, develop design, creative skills

Advanced computer design skills working with web design and development software.

Is experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop)

Ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines.

Highly organized and very detail oriented.

Demonstrates a commitment to quality effort.

Effectively interpret written or verbal customer directions.

Organize daily schedule to meet changing timeframes

Adapts well to changing priorities.

Work closely with Junior Art Director and Traffic Manager.

Ability to represent our company in customer meetings and presentations.
