Our client is seeking a dynamic Integrated Marketing Manager to drive strategic integration and lead the execution of marketing campaigns at our corporate office in Marysville, Ohio.
As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing integrated campaigns to life, collaborating closely with the Marketing Team (Brand, Creative, Digital, Media, Omni, etc.). Key responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive strategies, managing project workflows, facilitating reviews and approvals, communicating with agency partners, and ensuring timely delivery of campaign assets.
ABOUT OUR CLIENT:
Our client is a multinational corporation that manufactures and sells lawn and garden products, including fertilizers, pest controls, plant foods and grass seed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Integration & Execution
Drive the strategic implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment across teams and unified goals.
Project Management
Manage campaigns through a workflow platform, including internal reviews, approvals, and asset distribution.
Oversee project timelines, feedback loops, and file archiving to ensure timely and organized delivery.
Brand Activation
Execute brand partnership activations, such as sweepstakes, giveaways, and events.
Resource Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for agency partners, managing communication flow, proposals, vendor contracts, and budgets.
Monitor brand unit financial goals and ensure marketing deliverables align with objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency across the marketing plan, engaging the right partners at key moments.
Results-Driven Focus
Champion actionable results, alignment, and accountability to achieve marketing goals.
Organizational Navigation
Build relationships across a complex organizational structure to foster collaboration and project success.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in marketing management or related roles; agency account management experience preferred.
Proven project management skills, including managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence and lead across all organizational levels.
Outstanding organization and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Google Suite or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Project Management Certification is a plus.
