Position Purpose:
Own, grow, and expand relationships with current and new Portfolio Creative clients to ensure a high rate of customer retention. Manage active accounts, build client relationships, and deliver superb customer service. This role includes approximately 70% client communications, account management, and business development, with 30% internal communication and collaboration with recruiting teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management

Build partnerships and earn the trust of current clients by providing exceptional service.

Understand the complexities of our creative staffing services, creative talent markets, and client-specific needs.

Manage the entire client lifecycle, from job opening and candidate submission to hiring and onboarding.

Proactively check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and create long-term, lucrative relationships.

Customer Service and Business Development

Secure client meetings and maintain consistent communication through video calls, phone, and in-person meetings.

Gather all necessary details to open job orders, including timing, rates, and client-specific requirements.

Prioritize and manage open job orders, coordinating with recruiting teams to fill positions efficiently.

Present solutions to meet client needs and instill confidence in Portfolio Creative and Stafford Resources as a business partner.
Lead Generation and Opportunity Expansion

Research and identify hiring managers within current and prospective clients.

Seek referrals, ask insightful questions, and uncover opportunities for new connections and business.

Develop leads and convert them into new or expanded revenue opportunities.

Represent Stafford Resources at community, industry, and client events to build relationships and gain exposure.
Team Collaboration and Internal Communication

Translate client requirements into actionable goals for internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Partner with recruiting teams to manage candidate submissions, client interviews, and hiring terms.

Participate in team huddles, and strategy meetings, and collaborate with peer account managers.
Qualifications:
Required:

Positive, energetic, and self-motivated with a persevering attitude.

Proven track record in account management and relationship building (2+ years).

Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Proficient communication skills (verbal, written, and electronic).

Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Ability to attend networking events and engage with stakeholders.
Desired:

Knowledge of CRM/ATS software and Microsoft Office.

Experience with business development in staffing, recruiting, or consulting services.

Familiarity with small business and corporate dynamics.
