Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support their marketing and business development efforts. This is a backfill for a high-performing team member, and they’re seeking someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting with strong multitasking abilities and a knack for visual storytelling. The role involves creating high-impact proposals, managing content for digital campaigns, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry—or a closely related field such as real estate, design, or consulting—is strongly preferred.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Write and coordinate content for proposals, interviews, and marketing materials

  • Maintain and update collateral including brochures, resumes, and project sheets

  • Launch and monitor paid social media campaigns

  • Prepare award submissions and pitch decks for competitions and client presentations

  • Coordinate media outreach and assist with press release development

  • Plan and manage photo and video shoots with external vendors

  • Support upcoming conferences and public-facing events

  • Collaborate with firm leadership, architects, and external creative partners

  • Contribute to website updates and ongoing video initiatives

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, liberal arts, or related field

  • 2–5 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or specialist role

  • AEC industry experience is strongly preferred; experience in real estate, consulting, interior design, or engineering services is also relevant

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required), with bonus points for Illustrator and Photoshop

  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables a plus)

  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities independently

  • Experience working with creative vendors, including PR, copywriting, and design

  • Comfortable collaborating with executives, architects, and firm leadership

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and deadline-driven
