ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Hybrid- Option to WFH on Mondays and/or Thursdays

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level to Senior UX Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and extensive experience using Figma. This role will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our products, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and delightful to use.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize existing interfaces and create new features.

  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms and products.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 3-7 years of UX design experience, preferably with a focus on digital products.

  • Proficiency in Figma, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design improvements.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • A degree in UX Design, Human computer interaction, or alternatively biological sciences with significant design experience is required.
