This part-time position will focus on supporting the back office functions for our staffing and recruiting agency. This entry-level role requires strong computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for working with people and numbers. Work experience or internships in banking, accounting, human resources, or office management are a major plus.
What we need you to do:
- · Import and process talent payroll
- · Notify talent of missing timesheets
- · Submit time entry reports to clients
- · Respond to basic benefit questions from talent via email and phone
- · Keep all talent benefit information up-to-date
- · Identify and investigate new benefit offerings
- · Review benefit rosters and expenditure reports for accuracy
- · Create benefit packets that are distributed to talent
- · Complete unemployment benefit requests and record payments
What we are looking for:
- This position is an onsite part-time, MTWF from 10-2 or 11-3
- We are a Mac office but can train a PC user and have an office cat
- Having a creative outlet or background is a plus
