ABOUT THE ROLE
Our clients frequently seek Art Directors and Creative Directors who can guide integrated campaigns, oversee visual direction, and collaborate across creative functions. ABOUT OUR CLIENT
We partner with agencies, in-house creative teams, and marketing organizations across industries such as healthcare, consumer goods, retail, technology, and financial services. Opportunities vary from project-based leadership to long-term and direct-hire roles. Many roles offer hybrid or remote flexibility depending on client needs.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading concept development and visual direction for integrated campaigns

Guiding teams across digital, print, social, video, and experiential channels

Providing creative feedback and mentorship to designers/writers
-
Collaborating with strategy, marketing, and product partners

Presenting work and articulating creative rationale

Managing timelines, resources, and priorities

Helping build or evolve brand guidelines and toolkits
POTENTIAL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
-
5+ years of creative experience, including leadership as an AD or CD
-
Strong conceptual portfolio with multi-channel campaigns
-
Experience leading cross-functional creative teams
-
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Figma
-
Excellent presentation and communication skills
