We’re partnering with our client on a Marketing Project Manager opportunity focused on leading the development of a high-visibility Responsible Business report. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution-heavy, content-driven projects, enjoys coordinating across many stakeholders, and excels at keeping complex initiatives on track from kickoff through final delivery.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead end-to-end project management of the Responsible Business report, from information gathering through final execution and delivery

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and workflows within established project management platforms

Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Legal, executive leadership, consultants, and external partners

Serve as the central point of contact for all project communications, including kickoffs, check-ins, and regular status updates

Manage review and approval workflows, ensuring feedback is accurately incorporated and deadlines are met

Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, or scope changes and implement solutions to keep deliverables on track

Balance multiple workstreams while maintaining quality control and adherence to project standards

Continuously evaluate and improve workflows to increase efficiency, speed, and overall project effectiveness
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills
-
3+ years of project management experience in a marketing, communications, legal, or creative content environment

Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish

Strong understanding of content development processes, design/production cycles, and quality control

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels, including executive stakeholders

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities

Experience using project management tools such as Wrike or similar platforms

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Bonus Skills

Experience with annual reports, ESG, sustainability, or Responsible Business reporting

PMP or similar project management certification
