Canady Patterson,CSP (she/her)

Canady enjoys dedicating her talents towards building partnerships with businesses throughout the region. Her years of consultative sales experience and building teams range from small to medium size organizations creating new markets to expanding a Fortune 500 company. She loves the strategy and creativity involved in developing solutions for clients that make sense to accomplish their goals. Canady is committed to providing outstanding service by listening to understand the unique needs of each client. She is definitely our people person, easy to converse and connect with. Canady is a Certified Staffing Professional with the American Staffing Association.

She happily called Old Worthington home for 15 years but has made new roots in Louisville, KY. She and her husband, their son, and pup, are settled in their new digs. When Canady unwinds from work, she finds balance doing anything outdoors, running, listening to music or going to live shows, visiting breweries and distilleries in bourbon country, getting lost in a random mix of podcasts, playing in the dirt, loves a good vintage find and impromptu weekend explorations/trips with her family.
