Felicia earned her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University in 2018 and has leveraged her experience to support the talent acquisition efforts of Fortune 50 companies and nonprofit organizations. She has also spent some significant time as a leader in the Columbus restaurant scene where she developed her expertise in customer service, coaching, and employee development.
Felicia is a Lean Six Sigma yellow belt and relishes in finding the most efficient way to get from Point A to Point B. She also has a passion for mental health and volunteers for the Suicide Prevention Hotline. In her free time, she enjoys attending Columbus startup-centric events like Columbus Startup Week, GiveBack Hack, and Columbus Startup Weekend (her startup idea, Facil-A-Date won “Audience Favorite” in 2018!) and she prioritizes local businesses when deciding to go out to dine or shop.
