ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a versatile and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to support a recently acquired healthcare technology brand. This is a part-time contract role (20–30 hours per week) expected to run through April 2026.

The ideal candidate is a doer — comfortable rolling up their sleeves in HubSpot, optimizing SEO, and executing lead generation campaigns — while bridging marketing gaps during a transitional period. This position requires someone who can thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, manage multiple digital tools, and align marketing efforts with B2B sales goals.


ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a leading healthcare technology organization that recently acquired a brand in the market supporting healthcare providers, payers, and pharma audiences. As the integration progresses, this role will be essential in ensuring the brand’s digital presence continues to grow, while laying the groundwork for eventual migration into the broader tech stack.


DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and optimize campaigns in HubSpot, including email marketing, lead scoring, workflows, and reporting.

  • Drive SEO initiatives — conduct keyword research, implement on-page optimizations, and monitor performance metrics.

  • Maintain and update the website in WordPress with a focus on lead capture, content optimization, and user experience.

  • Execute multi-channel digital campaigns (email, light paid search/LinkedIn, social) to support sales pipeline and event promotion.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to generate, qualify, and hand off leads to enable meetings and demos.

  • Support event marketing by creating promotional campaigns, coordinating messaging, and ensuring alignment between both brands at industry events.

  • Provide campaign reporting and insights using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other tools.

  • Bridge marketing gaps across teams, stepping in where needed to keep campaigns moving forward.


REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in B2B demand generation.

  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot (required).

  • Hands-on SEO execution experience (keyword research, on-page optimization, analytics).

  • Familiarity with WordPress for content updates and basic site management.

  • Strong generalist knowledge of digital tactics including CRM, email marketing, analytics, and light paid media.

  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries preferred.

  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, post-acquisition environments where processes may not be fully defined.

  • A resourceful self-starter who thrives in a part-time, execution-heavy role.
