We are seeking an eCommerce Content Coordinator (Syndication) to support digital product content across online retail platforms.

 

This role is execution-focused and task-driven, centered around uploading content, tracking progress, and ensuring product information is live and accurate across retailer sites. It’s ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys checking things off a list, staying organized, and following through on tasks.

 

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a globally recognized organization with a strong portfolio of consumer brands and a significant presence in the healthcare and nutrition space. They operate in a highly regulated and detail-driven environment, where accuracy, consistency, and speed of execution are key.

 

Their team collaborates across marketing, IT, and external partners to ensure product content is properly distributed and maintained across eCommerce channels.

 

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Upload product images, copy, and marketing content into content management or syndication tools
  • Distribute product content to eCommerce retailers
  • Track whether content has been successfully published and is live
  • Follow up with internal teams or partners if content is delayed or missing
  • Communicate status updates on product content across platforms
  • Assist with onboarding new retailers or content channels
  • Maintain organized tracking of completed vs. pending tasks

 

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills

  • 1–3+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketing coordination, or content operations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Comfortable working within systems and digital platforms
  • Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, task-driven environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms or online retail environments
  • Familiarity with syndication or product content tools (Salsify preferred)
  • Exposure to digital merchandising or product content management
