ABOUT THE ROLE
Our clients depend on strong Marketing Program and Project Managers to coordinate campaigns, creative workflows, launches, and multi-team deliverables. ABOUT OUR CLIENT
We support teams across healthcare, technology, financial services, manufacturing, and consumer brands. Many roles involve structured processes, cross-functional collaboration, and tools like Workfront, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or Smartsheet. Opportunities include contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creating and managing project plans, schedules, and milestones

Coordinating creative, marketing, digital, product, and vendor teams

Managing intake, prioritization, and resource planning
-
Tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and status updates
-
Ensuring deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality standards

Maintaining documentation in project management systems

Supporting workflow improvements and process optimization
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
-
3+ years of marketing project management, program management, or traffic management experience
-
Experience with creative/marketing workflows
-
Proficiency in project management tools
-
Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
-
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-
Experience in regulated industries is a plus
