We’re seeking a Graphic Designer to join a growing in-house creative team and support a wide range of marketing and brand initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience across both digital and print design while helping shape the visual identity of a well-established organization.
This role will focus heavily on execution—creating high-quality visual assets across multiple channels—while also offering the chance to collaborate closely with marketing and cross-functional teams. As the first dedicated designer on the team, you’ll also help establish processes, organize assets, and contribute to how creative work gets done moving forward.

Our client is a large, established organization with a strong national presence and a growing internal marketing function. They are investing in building out their in-house creative capabilities and are looking for someone who can contribute to day-to-day design needs while helping elevate their brand across channels.
The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and team-oriented, with strong cross-functional partnership across marketing, sales, and internal communications.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create visual assets across digital and print, including social media graphics, web banners, presentations, event materials, and marketing collateral
- Support marketing campaigns by designing assets aligned with campaign goals and brand standards
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and internal stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver effective creative solutions
- Manage multiple design projects at once, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Maintain and organize design files, templates, and brand assets for team use
- Ensure all work is consistent with brand guidelines and contributes to a cohesive visual identity
- Assist with presentation design and sales enablement materials
- Stay current on design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of graphic design experience (internship, freelance, or full-time)
- Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience designing marketing materials and branded assets
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with feedback and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Bonus Skills:
- Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or video editing
- Exposure to working with print vendors or production processes
- Familiarity with asset management or file organization systems
