We are seeking a Product Data Coordinator (PIM) to support a marketing systems team in managing and publishing product information across digital platforms.
This is a highly execution-focused role centered around following established workflows, managing detailed data, and ensuring accuracy. It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys organized, task-based work and being part of a structured process.
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a globally recognized organization with a strong portfolio of consumer brands and a significant presence in the healthcare and nutrition space. They operate in a highly regulated and detail-driven environment, where accuracy, compliance, and collaboration are critical.
The team works closely across marketing, IT, and compliance groups to ensure product information is properly reviewed, approved, and published across digital channels.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Input and manage product and nutritional data within a Product Information Management (PIM) system
- Route product content through internal approval workflows (Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, etc.)
- Publish approved product information to brand websites
- Track status of product updates, launches, and changes
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Identify and resolve basic issues related to product data or publishing
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across all product information
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills
- 1–3+ years of experience in a marketing, eCommerce, data entry, or operations-focused role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, process-driven work
- Highly organized with the ability to track multiple small tasks at once
- Comfortable working within systems, tools, or structured platforms
- Strong follow-through and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PIM tools (Salsify, Syndigo, etc.)
- Exposure to regulated industries (CPG, healthcare, nutrition)
- Experience working with product data or structured content
