ABOUT THE ROLE

The Video Storytelling Producer creates engaging video and multimedia content that tells stories resonating with target audiences. This role manages projects from pre-production through final delivery across thought leadership, product and solution announcements, marketing programs, event coverage, community engagement, and internal communications, with outputs featured on the website, social channels, live events, and the intranet. Sitting within an in-house creative studio, the producer owns all aspects of production, from planning and capture through editing and post.

This is a large, established enterprise with a global brand center of excellence and an in-house creative studio. The environment blends artistic and technical talent and operates across multiple time zones.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage video and multimedia projects end to end, from pre-production planning through capture, editing, and final post-production delivery.
  • Collaborate with content writing, creative services, and internal clients to develop video concepts and scripts that position the company as an industry leader in the critical digital infrastructure space.
  • Lead pre-production activities including location scouting, internal approvals, speaker and talent preparation, and scheduling.
  • Shoot, edit, and finish thought leadership content, product and solution stories, customer testimonials, facility highlights, event coverage, and internal communications.
  • Provide photography and video coverage for internal events such as town halls, leadership conferences, and sales summits, and external events such as tradeshows and investor events.
  • Deliver finished content optimized for the website, social media, live events, and the intranet.
  • Store source files and finished collateral in the designated repository so other marketers can leverage the work, and maintain and organize production equipment and resources.
  • Track projects and tasks in the marketing collaboration system (Wrike), provide timely updates to stakeholders, and coordinate production efforts across multiple time zones.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-6 years of professional video production experience in a business-to-business environment, in an agency or in-house setting.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent design experience; an outstanding portfolio and direct work experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Expert-level command of Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable non-linear editing software.
  • Intermediate capabilities in Adobe After Effects.
  • Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity in video and multimedia, plus art fundamentals including color theory, composition, rhythm, and balance.
  • Portfolio must include a video editing reel with both long-form (five minutes or more) and short-form (60 seconds or less) edits, along with photography in a corporate, advertising, or communication setting.
  • Ability to perform most duties without constant supervision, resolving issues with independence and creative thinking.

BONUS SKILLS

  • Experience producing live events (hybrid and remote) using video switchers, multiple sound sources, and remote and in-person presenters.
  • Experience working in mixed teams with artistic and technical resources such as graphic designers and 2D/3D animators.
  • Experience developing 2D diagrams and illustrations of a technical nature.
  • Ability to present visual projects remotely to internal clients and express ideas clearly.
  • Genuine interest, passion, and curiosity about technology, engineering, and adjacent fields.
